01Coverage Overview
Double Down Casino Events maintains commercial general liability insurance covering our equipment, staff, and operations at client events.
Coverage applies to the setup, operation, and teardown of the casino tables and services listed on your rental agreement.
02Certificates of Insurance
If your venue requires a certificate of insurance, we can issue one at no additional cost. To request it, send us:
- The exact legal name of the venue or entity to be listed.
- The mailing address the venue wants shown on the certificate.
- Any additional insured wording the venue requires.
- The event date and load-in time.
Please allow several business days before your event so the certificate can be issued and reviewed by the venue in time.
03Additional Insured Requests
Venues, property managers, and corporate clients can be named as additional insured for the date of the event when their contract requires it.
Send the requirement in writing and we will confirm whether it can be accommodated before your agreement is finalized.
04What Is Not Covered
Our policy covers our own operations. It does not extend to:
- Property, staff, or activities belonging to the venue or other vendors.
- Guest personal property, vehicles, or belongings.
- Alcohol service, catering, valet, or entertainment provided by third parties.
- Damage caused by guests or by conditions outside our control at the venue.
05Client and Venue Coverage
Some venues require the event host to carry their own event liability policy in addition to vendor coverage. Check with your venue early, since this can affect your timeline.
We are happy to coordinate directly with a venue coordinator to confirm what documentation is needed.
06Safety Practices
Our team follows consistent setup practices to reduce risk at every event, including securing table legs, routing cables safely, and keeping walkways clear.
Dealers and supervisors are briefed on venue-specific rules before guests arrive.
07Reporting an Incident
If an incident occurs during your event, notify our on-site supervisor immediately so it can be documented while details are fresh.
Follow-up reports can be sent to admin@doubledowncasinoevents.com with the event date, venue, and a description of what happened.
