Delivery is included within a 60-mile service area from Austin or San Antonio. Events farther outside that service area may require additional delivery fees.
Additional setup fees may also apply for difficult load-ins, stairs, long carries, freight elevator issues, downtown parking, or venues that are not on the ground floor. If your venue has special access instructions, it is best to let us know early so we can plan the right setup team and timing.
